Getting a Higher education will provides extensive benefits to me and others, including higher wages, better health, impacting other through teaching and writing of journals and a lower likelihood of payment disability. I am interested in studying this course further because I love helping under and make decisions about the scenario of the world Legal system. If I am excepted for this study, I can confer wide-ranging benefits to the international legal system, through studying the impact of the delay of justice has on a case, that is understanding why the statement justice delay is justice deny is most commonly used and developing an analytical approach that helps people (government) understand a wide range of issues from what determines the magnitude of a case to the causes and effect that situation will have on the victim, and relationship between unemployment and crime rate, to the relationship between war and crime and how they can be handle.
I did economics at the undergraduate level and during my study I found it to be a wonderful social science that gives insight on human reactions to happenings around them. Due to my interest in this course I was given a certificate of admittance into the Economics Honor Society of the Cuttington University.
Upon my graduation I was able to do some research paper on reconciliation and healing. This research was done in collaboration with the Christian health Association of Liberia for the NAYMOTE Foundation. My collage knowledge played a major role in helping me execute my responsibilities as the leader of the field team.
• Due to my Performance on this research I was later employed as the acting Finance Director of PUMP AID Liberia International and was able to gain a wide range of experience while I serve in this position to include: Analyzing and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements; collate financial reporting materials for all donor segments, and oversee all financial, project/program accounting.
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the board of directors; assess any changes necessary.
• Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the Executive Director; administer and review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes; and keep senior leadership team abreast of the organization’s financial status.
• Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.
• Implement a robust contracts management and financial management/ reporting system; ensure that the contract billing and collection schedule is adhered to and that financial data and cash flow are steady and support operational requirements.
• Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department’s overall policy and procedure manual.
• Effectively communicate and present the critical financial matters to the board of directors.
I have an ambition of becoming a Chief Justice or a high profile government official like an Antony General or a renowned legal Advisor on international law to the president which will enable me impact the broken down Legal System of my post war country greatly. Because, I am greatly convince that when a nation have a Vibrant Legal system the tendency for civil up rise is very low because people are getting quick and affordable justice.
