Entry Requirements
1 Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and valid foreign passport holders.
2 Under the age of 25. Applicants must have graduated from high school (Those who provide pre-graduation certificate or student status certificate at application MUST provide, the graduation certificate no later than registration).
3 With proper moral conduct, in good health with no infectious disease or any physical or mental diseases that may affect the normal study.
4 Requirements of the regulations set in the Document No. 12 (2020) of Ministry of Education of the PRC should be met.
Applicants who have given up their original Chinese citizenship (including residents in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and become foreign citizens, must acquire foreign citizenship before April 30, 2021, and must have lived abroad more than 2 years from April 30, 2021 to April 30, 2025 (more than 9 months of residence abroad per year can be considered as one year, taking entry and exit stamps as evidence).
If the applicant has acquired foreign citizenship automatically at the time of birth in a foreign country, whose parents were both Chinese citizens, or one of the parents was a Chinese citizen, parent’s (with Chinese citizenship) permanent resident in foreign country should be obtained prior to the birth of the applicant. Applicants must have lived abroad more than 2 years from April 30, 2021 to April 30, 2025 (more than 9 months of residence abroad per year can be considered as one year, taking entry and exit stamps as evidence).
Note: If the applicant is concluded to have Chinese citizenship by the Chinese public security department after application, admission or enrollment, the applicant will be disqualified from application, admission or enrollment or withdrawal from school will be required.
5 Language Proficiency
There are no Chinese language proficiency requirements for the applicants of English-taught programs. If applicants’ native language is not English, they should provide score report of English language test (e.g. TOEFL/IELTS/OTHER).

Program Description
1. Program Introduction

Accounting Program (CGA Concentration), co-established by NBU and CGA in 2008 and supported by Ningbo municipal government, adopts a dual-certificate module of elite training and transplant CGA training courses into a Chinese accounting program. It is listed in the first group of municipal service-oriented key educational programs.
Certified General Accountants (CGA) Association of Canada, founded in 1908, is a professional accounting association acknowledged worldwide. CGA Ningbo Training (Examination) Center is the only authorized training body in mainland China. CGA certificate holders are to work for world-renowned accounting agencies, multinational corporations as well as financial institutes.
2. Teaching Objective
Editor Notes: The objective of this program is to cultivate excellent accounting professionals.
The program aims at fostering globalized elite accounting professionals with solid accounting knowledge and skills, who are familiar with international accounting principles, and are qualified to work as accounting, auditing and financing posts at major accounting agencies, trans-national enterprises, listed companies, financial bodies, as well as institutions and government departments.
